My journal of good health

I, being, a management student would like to give some insight for good health. I got this topic from one of my uncle who shared many tips with me to keep body healthy. At first sight, it seems like a thought from a medical student but it is applicable for all future managers who really want to make their career long lasting.

Every person is born with one heart, a liver, two kidneys and two lungs. Then, why some persons die at 50, some at 60, some at 70 and a few at 100. No doctor can give a specific answer. A poor farmer in a village is hardly able to get two times food but still can survive up to 80 or 90 years but Dhirubhai Ambani, inspite of having crores of rupees and availing the best medical treatment of the world had to struggle for survival up to 70 years.

I am not a specialist in medical field but I would like to reveal some secrets for good health. I believe that the life style of a person is responsible for his long life.

Life style should be presence of good habits, hygienic environment, good working conditions and a host of other vital factors. All these factors are a perfect example of a healthy life-style. A person smoking 20 cigarettes or chewing 20 Ghutkhas in a day can not expect to live a long life.

A person who sleeps at ten at night and gets up at six in the morning can definitely enjoy a better health than a person sleeping at one at night and getting up at nine in the morning though both are get an 8 hours sleep.

A simple habit of brushing teeth before sleeping, a morning walk of 30 minutes and other good habits can work wonders. It is said that 80% health related problems move away if we follow healthy eating habits.

I wish all of you HEALTHY and WEALTHY.

Please remember that

"No healthy no everything".

As in mathematics follow:

Health = Money

-Health+Money = -Money

+Health+Money= Good life

These are called good habits which shape good health. It is said that a sound mind thrives in a sound body. It is essential for all future managers to keep themselves healthy.
